Details of the 2008 Aquathon

We signed up for the Aquathon a few weeks ago. It is a 500 meter swim followed by a 5 K run through the parks and woods of Emory University. We swam 20 laps in the olympic size pool in a serpentine fashion, down lane 1, turn and go under the lane line back up lane 2 and so forth to the 20th lane and out of the pool. The numbers on our arms are our seeds based on our reported 500 meter swim times. There were about 103 participants.
